Affiliate Program Policies

Affiliate Eligibility:

  • All affiliates must apply through our affiliate portal. Affiliates are manually approved based on the quality and relevance of their platform. Approval is not guaranteed, and we may require additional information or social media/platform links to assess the application.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media platform with genuine traffic.
  • We reserve the right to remove affiliates at our discretion, particularly in cases of inactivity (e.g., no sales for 3 months), misuse of content, or other violations.

Commissions and Payouts:

  • Commissions start at 10% and can go up to 30% as you move through our tier structure.
  • Commissions are paid once your balance reaches $50.
  • Payout methods include PayPal (fees covered by the affiliate), store credit and Payoneer, all of which are available for affiliates worldwide.

Lifetime Commissions:

  • One of the most exciting features of our program is the 10% lifetime commission on all repeat purchases made by customers you refer. As long as the affiliate program remains active, you will continue earning commissions whenever your referred customers make a purchase.
  • We are committed to maintaining this program long-term. Any changes to the lifetime commission structure will only occur in exceptional circumstances (such as major business shifts or store closure). If you have any questions or concerns about this, feel free to ask! Our goal is to support your ongoing success.

30-Day Cookie Duration:

  • We implement a 30-day cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will still receive credit for the sale, even if they don’t buy right away. This window allows affiliates to benefit from referrals made over time, ensuring they get credit for delayed purchases.

Free Product Rewards:

  • Free products are available after 10 sales and are provided to help with promotional efforts. These are marketing materials rather than for personal use and are subject to availability.
  • International affiliates may be responsible for shipping costs related to free product rewards.

Program Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
  • Affiliates who do not comply with the program’s terms or remain inactive may be removed from the program.

Affiliate Performance:

  • Affiliates who do not generate sales or traffic for a consecutive 3-month period may be considered inactive and could be removed from the program.
  • Active engagement and promotion will ensure you get the most out of the affiliate program, including lifetime commissions.

Holding Period for Commissions:

  • To account for potential returns, cancellations, or fraudulent activity, we implement a 21-day holding period for commissions. This means commissions will become eligible for payout 21 days after the sale is completed. This allows time to ensure any returns or fraud are handled before funds are released.

Wholesale Sales Exclusion:

  • Our affiliate program applies only to retail sales made through our store. Wholesale sales are not eligible for affiliate commissions, and affiliates will not receive credit for any wholesale transactions.

Store Credit Option:

  • Affiliates have the option to receive their commissions as store credit instead of cash payouts. Store credit can be used to make purchases directly from our store.
  • Shipping costs for items purchased with store credit are the responsibility of the affiliate, and store credit cannot be applied to cover shipping fees.
  • This option can be easily selected during the payout process and encourages affiliates to use their earnings toward more of the products they love!

Advertising Transparency:

To maintain trust with your audience, please include a clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship in any content where you promote our products. This is a common practice in many countries and helps ensure transparency in your promotions.

Non-Compete Clause:

  • Affiliates are free to create content and discuss any topics they choose. However, while promoting our brand and products, no other products from direct competitors within the same niche (e.g., cosmetics) can be offered in the same content. This is to avoid any confusion and ensure that our brand remains the clear focus of the promotional effort. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the program without prior notice or compensation for unpaid commissions.

Returns, Cancellations, and Invalid Sales:

  • Returns: If a customer returns a product that was originally credited to an affiliate, the commission for that sale will be reversed. Affiliates will not earn commissions on returned products.
  • Cancellations: If a referred customer cancels their order before it has shipped, the sale will be marked as invalid, and no commission will be earned.
  • Invalid Sales: Any sale that is determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, or canceled for any reason will not qualify for commissions. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in cases where a sale is deemed invalid or against the program’s terms.

Tracking Sales and Handling Disputes:

  • Sales Tracking: All affiliate sales are tracked through the affiliate's unique referral link or code. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure their links are working properly.
  • Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding a sale or commission (e.g., missing commissions, tracking issues), affiliates must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution based on our tracking data. All decisions regarding disputed sales are final.
  • Sales Validation: To prevent fraudulent activity, we may occasionally review affiliate transactions. In cases where sales are flagged for further validation, commissions may be delayed until the review is complete.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Affiliates may not use misleading or unethical marketing practices.
  • Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activities will be removed immediately, and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
