You have a generous 15-day window to request a return from the date of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item:

  • Remains in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

For a more efficient process in securing the product you desire, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Do note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
